I’m looking for a responsible, clean, considerate housemate – working professional or serious student preferred.
This is a beautiful 3 story townhome in the heart of Mission Valley! In walking distance are Trader Joes, restaurants, shops, movies, malls, & the trolley station. The room for rent is a Master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Home was repainted less than 2 years ago and had new carpet and tile installed. The kitchen was remodeled (new grey granite countertops, painting cabinets white, new cooktop, hood, oven, sink & faucet) last year. The kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The BBQ is on the front porch. The townhome has central heating and air conditioning and a fireplace in the living room. The home is cleaned once per month (at my expense) by a professional cleaning crew, due to me having Apollo (Alaskan Malamute dog).
You will have a parking spot in the garage, which offers direct access to the house. In unit washer & dryer. This is a gated community, which will allow you access to a lovely community pool and hot tub.
Rent is $2,200/month. Utilities not included. Looking for someone interested in a 6 month or longer lease. No smoking or pets. 1 person per room.
