Its quiet, quaint, and really very homey, but we’re also like 3 blocks from tons of shopping on Cicero Ave. Within a 2 minute drive/10 minute walk (I Google Mapped it just to be sure) you’ve got Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Menard’s, Food4Less, Sam’s Club, a freakin’ AMC movie theater, plenty of food, and Planet Fitness. We love to grab a coffee at Dulce Mami (a really cute boutique cafe/breakfast place) or a burrito at El Taco Jalisco -- both are even closer, like 2 blocks away -- and after we’re done, we go workout at Planet Fitness. Seriously, it’s awesome, you should come check it out, we’ve got everything...besides a dishwasher -) It *is* owner occupied — my family lives in a unit downstairs — but were pretty relaxed as long as youre respectful.

Caso que no leas ingles, en resumen, un departamento lindo y gigante de 1660 pies cuadrados, 4 recámaras y 2 baños. Hay completamente nuevos aparatos, pisos, y accesorios en ambos baños. Estacionamento privado de 2 carros. Se ubica muyyy cerca (como a 2 minutos manejando) de mucho comercio de todo tipo, incluso Target, Walmart, varios supermercados, restaurantes, un gimnasio, hasta un maldito cine caray! El edificio sí es ocupado por propietario, que mi esposa y hija y yo vivimos en una unidad de abajo. No te preocupes, somos buenisima onda, te lo juro!
