Furnished studio room available for rent. Studio is located above a garage with stairs leading to the unit (garage is not included in the lease). Utilities are included in monthly rent. Studio room has a queen size bed (bring your own bedding and sheets, bedding in pictures is for display only), storage cubies, table and chair. Kitchenette has sink, microwave, mini fridge, coffeemaker, and basic kitchen utensils. There is no stove in the kitchen. Bathroom comes with a shower stall, toilet and sink. Important: there is no parking available next to the unit, so its going to be only street parking.

No smoking, no drugs, no loud music, no parties, no pets, and no drama. Looking for a quiet, respectful tenant. Must be a good fit since owner lives on the same property in the main house.
