To HOLD the unit while you are applying: You must pay the $875 holding fee.

$50 co-signer app fee - Co-signer must also complete co-signer agreement
Once approved and lease is signed: First month's Rent $3,500+ $100 admin fee

The Next month's Rent: Not Due until 10/01/2024
