Amazing room for rent in Antelope. Nice sized room with bookcase and closet/storage space. High speed ethernet access in bedroom. You’ll have a dedicated driveway parking spot. Will have access to the hallway bathroom. Cleaner will come in monthly to clean common areas. Washer/Dryer in the garage. Room is unfurnished. House is about 10-15 minutes away fromHWY 80/99 and close to shopping centers/food. House has ring floodlight and doorbell camera.
Utilities will be split between us (Water, Gas, Electric, Garbage/Sewage, Internet, Cleaner, Bug man)
I will need copies of your last two pay stubs and will do a background check. 3 month lease to start out with option to extend if it is working out for us.
House Rules/What I’m looking for in a roommate.
I’m looking a roommate that is either working or in school. Someone who is clean and considerate of others living in the home. Single occupancy only. No pets, kids, or couples. No smoking inside but outsides okay. 420 friendly but no hard drugs. No parties. You’ll have shared access to the community areas (Kitchen, Living room with TV, and Backyard patio) You have to like dogs and be okay with fur.
Visitors okay with prior notice as long as its not everyday. Minimal overnight visits.
About your roommates
You’ll be living with me (25M) and my dog (German Shepard/Husky Mix) I work full time, and 3 of those days I’m working from home so I need it to be relatively quiet during that time. In my free time I like to listen to music, watch tv, play video games and smoke. On my days off I like to go on hikes, go out to downtown/midtown, or head to the bay area/beach. My dog is nice, a bit of a couch potato now but she sheds a lot (especially during the summer months) She is always at the house unless I’m gone for an extended amount of time.
