Credit and Background: 700 or above credit score. Applicants with a lower credit score due to lack of history may be considered with a higher deposit. No criminal background. For couples or roommates, both applicants must pass the credit and background check.
We have a Pet Policy that allows for 2 pets maximum, with a strict 25 lbs. weight limit on ALL dogs.
A Security deposit that is equal to 1 month's rent is needed to hold the apartment.
Located just across the street you can enjoy our fitness center year-round, and relax from the sun in those hot summer months in the spacious in-ground pool. Or have a BBQ with friends utilizing one of the numerous grills with free propane provided year-round.
