Condo: Kitchen consists of stainless steel appliances (refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher) and granite counters. Bedroom 1 consists of a California King Bed, 1 large dresser with mirror, 2 night stands, and a wall mounted TV. Bedroom 2 consists of a Queen Bed, 1 large dresser with mirror, 1 nightstand and a wall mounted TV. Living room consists of wall mounted flat-screen TV, open layout, wooden dining table, recessed lighting, cozy seating (reclining sofa and recliner chair). General: Washer & dryer, WiFi provided via Spectrum, covered patio w/ grill, central heat & A/C (renter pays for gas and electric) Parking: Open lot and ample street parking in front of and around the condo

Owner pays for internet and WiFi (via Spectrum), renter pays for water, gas and electric.

Security Deposit is $2700.

Long-term rentals of at least 6 months required. There is a 30 days notice to end the lease unless otherwise agreed upon.

No smoking allowed.

No Pets allowed.

Ample country club parking is available in front of the condo unit- no rental access to the single car garage.
