Available for showing or rental after April 15th. *** This is a waterfront property*** Very nice studio apartment on the water at Lake Norman. The studio has the best view of the water on the property. Large studio, renovated kitchen, full bathroom. The studio is at our house, but it has its own entrance. The studio has its own porch where you can place your own patio furniture or plants. The studio comes with stove, full size refrigerator, microwave oven, etc. One designated spot on the driveway for a compact car, sorry no room for trucks. Electric heat/AC, water, trash, lawn mowing, and internet are included with the rent. The covered gazebo has a dining table and is on top of the water. The fire pit, and other areas around the house are shared areas. We have a dock in the backyard/water where you have a designated spot for your own kayak, or you can use our kayaks. If you are interested in plants, there is a small area where you can place raised beds. The house is located in a loop, so it is a very quiet location with no through traffic and friendly neighbors. Easy access to I-77, restaurants, and shops, near Brawley Middle School. We are looking for a person who is easy to get along with and respectful of others in the property. No firearms, drugs, alcohol, or smoking indoors. Sorry, no pets.
