Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply.
