Step into 22 Sheppard Street and experience a luxurious pied-a-terre with all the amenities you could ever want! This recently restored and renovated two bedroom, two bathroom home is located in Downtown Charleston and is fully furnished! Enjoy the historic charm of this home while also taking advantage of modern amenities and high end finishes. With a spacious living room and kitchen, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and an exposed brick fire places - you can't go wrong! Plus, don't forget about the spacious rooftop deck - perfect for entertaining or just enjoying the beautiful Charleston weather!

Enter through the front door and you are welcomed into the inviting space with soaring ceilings, exposed beams, a decorative brick fireplace and loads of natural light. The open concept living room and kitchen is the perfect space to entertain, or relax and enjoy family time. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating with a sofa and two chairs, a coffee table, and Smart TV. The kitchen is spacious and modern featuring brand new stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartzite countertops, plenty of cabinet and prep space, and a large kitchen island with seating for 5! Just off the kitchen is a spacious laundry room with a full size washer dryer.

At the front of the home you will find the Master bedroom. Here you will find those same high ceilings with exposed beams, a comfortable Queen size bed, a dresser and closet for clothing storage, and a functional gas fireplace- perfect for cozying up! The en suite bathroom was beautifully designed to include a marble top vanity, and gorgeous tile shower with a rain head!

On the other side of the home is the guest bedroom which features two twin beds. This room is perfect for children, or to accommodate any overnight guests! This room has a spacious closet and also a small fold out desk for all of your work from home needs! The hallway bathroom is stunning with a striking emerald green tile in the shower and a marble top vanity.

One of the most unique features of this home is the rooftop deck. Accessed by a spiral staircase, you will love watching the sunset or enjoying the beautiful Charleston weather from this space! There is also a small patio where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee at the bistro table. The driveway and patio are fully fenced in for your security and privacy! Parking for two cars is available in the driveway! Please note the driveway will only fit one SUV and one small car, or two small cars!

Dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the Eastside on Charleston’s oldest park, Hampstead Mall, the home is walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants on upper King Street, from The Ordinary to The Darling. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and

fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.

Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):

- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th

- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th

- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday

- $50 per person: Saturdays

Monthly passes can be purchased for a discounted rate *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. Prices are subject to change.

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

*Please also note that Duvet Homes is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*

Other Things To Note:

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
