3 rooms coming available (1 available now, 2 on week of May 1) in a charming and perfectly located Arvada house just 3 mins from Old Town Arvada, 15 mins to downtown Denver, 5 mins to I-70 and I-25 for easy access to the mountains or getting anywhere around the Denver Area.
The house is 5 bed/3 bath. All rooms available are on the main floor (Master with its own bath, other 2 rooms share a bathroom). My fiance and I stay in the basement with its own living area and kitchen. Rooms are unfurnished, but main living areas will be furnished (different from what is pictured here). We also have a nice sized backyard for everyone to enjoy.
We do have a sweet older dog and cat and are not looking to add anymore pets at this time.
We are late 20s, easygoing, love being outdoors, aren’t partiers- but enjoy the occasional drinks. Looking to add individuals around the same age with similar interests!
Rooms:
- Master Bedroom/Bath- $1000 (Week of May 1)
-Bedroom 1 - $825 (Week of May 1)
-Bedroom 2 - $800 (Available now)

-Single occupancy only
- Utilities split equally
- 12 month lease preferred
-Clean background check, Credit 600+, Income 3x rent
-Security deposit = 1 month rent
