Hello - My name is Lacey, and I work directly with the landlord, not a property management company. I tell you this because we are more interested in finding the right long-term tenant to fits into my unit than renting it to the first person that applies.
Regarding this property….
This property is fantastic and beautiful!
- The rooms are HUGE.
- The kitchen is beautiful and looks like it's from a million-dollar home.
- 2nd Floor
- There are a washer and dryer included in the rent.
- There is plenty of built-in storage space, as shown in the video tour.
- Private, off-street parking spots.
Here are some important points to understand about me and my process:
* Before anyone sees the unit, I prefer that you watch our video tour. Simply reply to this listing, and I'll send you the link.
* Indoor Cats are welcome.
* We are looking for a quiet, low-impact, good neighbor tenant who plans on staying long term and making the place their home. I ask all of our tenants as part of the agreement to take their
shoes off inside the home, it allows the carpet in the bedrooms to last much longer as well as making the unit much quieter to the surrounding neighbors.
* As I said, you do not need to pay an application fee. Too many property management companies treat application fees as a profit center and will have you pay an application fee - even though they know the place is rented or you won't qualify. This is not how I work, as I'm more interested in finding the right person, than making an extra $1,000. If the property is a good fit for you and I believe you are the right tenant for us I'll ask you to pay the credit report fee of $35.
* The rent listed is the base rent. There will be a tax/admin fee and a water/trash fee added to the monthly payments. This is standard practice for all apartment communities in Flagstaff.
