PETS One pet is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply).

SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.

TENANT PAID UTILITIES None outside of the $300 utility fee mentioned above unless unless they are over reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement)
