The unit is on the third floor (of four) and is rear facing, creating a quiet environment overlooking neighboring yards. It includes a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and large master bathroom with a shower. There are two other nice sized bedrooms and a second bathroom with a bathtub. There is a private balcony and floor to ceiling windows that provide for a very well lit apartment. Washer and dryer are in unit and pets are allowed. We do have two parking spots that would be available for rent if needed.
The area can’t be beat. The building is within walking distance of the Northwestern University, the beach, the metra and a wide array of restaurants and shops, with downtown Evanston a short, 5-10 minute drive away.
The tenant will take over our lease, which runs through 9/6/23- at the end of the lease term the tenant will have the opportunity to renew with the building. Monthly rent is $3,614 plus $30 per month for utilities (electricity, gas, cable, and internet are separate) bringing total rent to $3,644. The cost for a parking spot is $165/month- parking is in an indoor garage in the basement of the building. We do have two spots available to offer, but this is optional.
