* Easy access to bus stops and walking/bike distance to restaurants and grocery stores
* Parking is tight this location give proximity to campus - must park on street ( may need to get permit from city )
* Looking for clean, quiet, easy-going and responsible tenants who won't leave trail of mess! We do not clean for you so you need to be a respectful roommate and help out and keep common area clean and free of clutter
* Not a party place, mostly students/grads/young working professionals.
* No criminal/no pets/no smoking/no drugs - must pass background
* Deposit equal to 1 month rent and $199 of that is non refundable , rest refundable
* Need to have deposit and prorated rent to move in
* Lease goes to 7/31 every year - if you want 10 months it will be higher, so take the rent x12 and then divide by 10 = new monthly rate for 10 months. Example $500 rent x12 = $6000, so 10 month lease would be $600 per month
* Terminate lease early - 2 options.
1) Pay 3x rent and buyout lease
2) Find qualified tenant approved by us and pay $500 transfer fee , you need to show, and they need application and new lease
Either option means you forfeit refundable deposit
