I am a current resident at The Penrose and I am looking for someone to takeover my 1BD/1BA lease around May 14th, 2023 (Date flexible). My lease will have almost 7 months of term remaining with a lease expiration on December 3rd, 2023. My lease is currently ~$400 per month under market rate (Compared to a 12-month lease) for the A2 floorplans at The Penrose. Compared to short term lease rates, my unit is closer to $800 per month under market. As an added benefit, if you are looking to stay after December 3rd, you will be in the slow leasing season, which has lower rates than the summer months.
My unit is on the 3rd floor, over looking the pool! I have lived in my unit since the apartment was delivered in 2019. The building is Class A with a top notch set of amenities including: pool, grilling stations with Big Green Egg Smokers, Sky Lounge with views of Uptown, resident lounge, bike storage, resident gaming lounge with billiards table, 24-hour fitness center and dog park.
The property will run the standard background and credit checks for the new tenant. You will replace my name on the lease, it is NOT a sublease.
