My guest house is located in historic Uptown Port Townsend, surrounded by victorian mansions, with a view of Port Townsend Bay and the Cascade Mountains.
From here it is a short walk to the Historic Downtown Main Street District or the Uptown business center, and a five to ten minute drive to almost anywhere in town.
My beautiful 1,000 sq ft 2 story home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a gas fireplace, hardwood floors and wood framed windows throughout, including a bay window in the dining area with an actual bay view!
The house is fully furnished and fully stocked with everything you need for your vacation stay or temporary housing visit.
The home was designed and is furnished to have a classic early craftsman style look and feel. You will find that it is cozy and comfy, but also airy and bright, with an open floor plan, and a second floor that make the house seem roomier than it is.
There is a large yard, with outdoor seating, and also seating on the front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee watching the ferry boats go by on the bay and the deer grazing on the lawn.
All the conveniences of home:
Laundry room on the main floor, with washer and dryer and utility sink,
kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher, electric range, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, dishes, cookware, bakeware, kitchen gadgets and utensils,etc. It’s all there!
There is a small attached garage for a compact car, or the garage can be used for a craft/hobby room or storage.
Your host is right next door and is available to help with anything you need to make your stay enjoyable and to take care of any problems that may arise.
One month minimum stay
Damage deposit: $500.00
Cleaning deposit: $200.00 Deposit is fully refundable
