Amazing three story canal house located at the end of a cul de sac on fresh, clean Nueces Bay. Fantastic views from every direction. Watch ships entering Corpus Christi Harbor, fisherman and shrimp boats, schools of fish, dolphin, pelicans, pink spoonbills, herons, ospreys and laughing gulls. The Mediterranean Architecture is highlighted by a three story tower and a balcony overlooking the 20 foot ceiling of the kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and two full baths. An expansive great room, kitchen area opens to a large 2nd floor deck. All new appliances convey along with a ten foot oak dining table. Comes partially furnished or start from scratch.

The owner maintains an apartment on the ground floor for occasional use, but the pool and expansive deck are available for fishing and entertainment. Over 25 species of fish have been caught from the deck. Surrounding water is lighted. Owner will share expense of Platinum TV and high speed internet. Owner will pay first two hundred dollars of electricity, tenant is responsible for the remainder. Electricity averages $400 a month yearly. Owner will pay water and waste, but tenant must provide for extra containers if needed. This cul de sac is pet friendly, but pets must taken outside regularly, and there is a pet deposit.

Cul de sac neighbors are family oriented physicians and professionals. Prospective tenants should keep this in mind. Disruptive or excessively loud behavior will not be tolerated.
