TOP-FLOOR condo (3-story building with elevator) is light and bright with high ceilings, and it overlooks a lovely lake with the community pool just beyond. Furnishings include leather sofas, king size master set and guest room queen set. Kitchen and bathrooms feature granite countertops. Linens and kitchen wares are included.
No smoking. No pets per HOA guidelines. Carport parking for one car. We are experienced property owners and are able to provide references.
PELICAN BAY residents enjoy free tram access to gorgeous beaches, exclusive Gulf-side dining, kayaking, sailing, top-tier tennis, fitness center, walking/biking trails, nature preserves, and fine arts.
