All utilities must be in tenants name before move in. Resident is required to have renters insurance.

We require 1 adult to have a minimum of $2,600 per month for income and provable on paper to qualify.

Application fee is $35 per adult.

Our basic rental requirements are- no evictions or eviction complaints, a good bill paying history, good employment history with provable income on paper, must have a credit score of 570 or higher to qualify. We are looking for Drama Free Tenants who want to stay a while. If this describes you, call Scott and request a pre-screening and showing appointment.

Cats could be approved with the monthly pet fee and deposit. Dogs are not allowed.
