We've created a private, safe & cozy atmosphere. An enormous 3 pane sliding door opens the entire back of the house onto a private patio w/ outdoor furniture and a glass rock firepit. This is a 4 bedroom home + den, so though you are renting a room(s), you will often have the whole house to yourself. We have not installed a pool yet, however access to the private Presidio Club, Starpointe Resident's Club, Yacht Club and upscale amenities/pools can be available to you via passes or membership as a resident depending on your duration of stay. Fiber internet with strong whole home WiFi, smart home features and monitored security are installed for your safety. The local center offers, restaurants, gas, bank, grocery, Walgreens and more.
