4) Our properties require a 12 month lease unless otherwise specified.
5) Certain units are pet friendly, others are not. If you have a furry friend you must ensure the property you are applying for allows pets. For pets to be considered, pet screening is required at your cost; you'll be prompted to do so during application via [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch]
6) All occupants must be listed on the application and if the additional occupants are over 18, they must also complete an application.
7) We may perform standard background, credit and criminal checks on all individuals.
