We do have some rules: No pets, no smoking (not even outside), keep it quiet at night. In general, be nice.
Deposit is $845 and well verify that income is at least three times the rent- run credit, background, and eviction history reports- and check references.
The Flats on Sixth is a five minute walk from Central Park, and close to great local spots like North Lime Donuts, Old Louisville Brewery, Noble Funk Brewery, and Logan Street Market. Its a quick hop downtown or to U of L.
