The fine print: Non refundable application fee of $29. All occupants over the age of 18 must apply separately and be leaseholders. Rent is $1250, Security Deposit is $1250, due at signing. Or, ask me about deposit-free leases through Rhino! $300 Animal Deposit, per animal, max of 2 animals per lease- all animals must be screened and approved. To qualify: Total income from all applicants must be 2.5X the rent (or in the case of active duty military, your BAH must meet or exceed rent), must have 3 year rental history, 2 landlord references (flexible for active duty military if you’ve only lived on base housing) and 3 most recent paystubs, or have a lease guarantor. Credit score 650+ for approval, anything between 600-650 on a case by case basis and may need a co-guarantor. Tenant responsible for all utilities and maintaining the yard. Active renters insurance required (this can also be obtained with your deposit-free lease via Rhino, ask for more details). Minimum 12 month lease. No smoking in the house.
