It is a side-by-side duplex isn't one where you'll hear the footsteps because it isn't a "pancake" duplex, but a "bookend" duplex, so you're next door to your neighbor, not one on top of the other.

The location is amazing. It is one block away from the BTC, the new Fertile Ground Brewery, Elvie's, Corner Market, Lou's, Keifer's, Baptist Hospital, and so much more. Come and enjoy our wonderful neighbor hood, and (Oh Yeah!) it is directly across the street from our office building, so if you ever need anything we're easy to reach.
