We understand life happens, but we do verify & contact and we can work with you if you are close on most of these. The only criteria that is non-negotiable are the pets, the evictions, and the ID (required for anything these days) which are true deal-breakers.
Preferred Criteria:
- NO pets and no evictions.
- 630+ credit
- 3x the rent in income between all tenants (pay stubs, 1099, W2, tax return, bank stmt, etc). Each tenant (spouse, significant other, relative, etc) must be 18+ and must submit their own complete application to be considered.
- Valid drivers license, passport, + SS# or any valid country Gov ID required .
- 1st month + security deposit equal to 1 month rent required in full at lease signing.
- Application will check criminal, eviction, employment, and address history. We also verify income & rental history via employer calls, pay stubs / receipts and landlord calls.
- We do not take vouchers or Sec 8 at this time.
