Other features of the home include a vaulted ceiling in the living room, a beautiful gas fireplace, granite counter tops in the kitchen and an upper deck. There is also a small private office space with extra storage space. The hall bathroom offers access from the hallway as well as the second bedroom. The bed in the second bedroom can be converted to two twin beds or remain one king bed. All linens are provided. The garage offers one parking space for the tenant with indoor entry to the home, along with a slop sink, work bench, extra refrigerator and freezer inside the garage for tenant usage and also has a whole house generator. There is plenty of outdoor parking space as well.
