For your convenience, our secured access community also offers package holding lockers, elevator access, complimentary Wi-Fi in all apartments, and off-street parking.
Amenities included: washer & dryer, central heating & cooling, brand-new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, storage & covered parking (for an additional fee). Utilities included: internet, trash & pest control. We are also waiving electricity until phase 2 is complete in October!
Security deposit is $300, application fee is $50 per applicant.
We are pet friendly! We require a non-refundable $300 pet fee per pet, 2 pet max. $20 pet rent per pet, per month.
