Downstairs you’ll find a combined living area with a small eat-in kitchen that includes all electric, stainless steel appliances. A half-bath is located downstairs across from the kitchen. Each unit includes one car garage and two parking spaces. Central heat and air.
Our 3br units currently rent for $1495/month. We require a $700 deposit to hold a unit once approved. We also have a flat fee of $100 for water/trash/sewer and have a contract with Spectrum for $35 basic internet/cable. You are responsible for your own electricity. Total paid to us monthly is $1630.
We have a one dog maximum per unit and require a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for any dog staying in your unit permanently or temporarily. We also do not accept Pits or Rottweilers. Any ESA animal must have a RX or note from the doctor for deposit waiver. We do not accept online certificates. There is no deposit for cats, fish or caged animals. There is a half-acre dog park that your pets must use the restroom in.
