It is heated with a radiant Cove electric heater, which is super efficient with average winter bills below $60, and nothing in the summer. There is also separate heater/fan/light in the bathroom. There is a gas on-demand hot water heater (which is also super efficient - gas bills are $15/month) and you never run out. Internet, dumpster and water bills are shared and are payable to landlord for $95.00 ($45, $25 and $25 respectively) on the first of the month.
