1- Any damages to the common area/premises is assumed liability for tenant.

2- Clogging of drains if tenants flush items that clog the drain, it will fall on tenants to fix.

3- Electrical bill -The tenant is responsible for the electric bill.

4- Comcast is internet and cable provider. No other vendor allowed. HD channels will play for free. You need to sign up to get cable box.

5- NO Smoking is allowed in the buildings or on the common grounds. You can smoke on the street away from the buildings. However, smoking in the building is banned both in common areas and individual condo units.
