I am in the process of renovating this home so everything will be new and modern and up to date. House has a large living room and large primary bedroom. Large finished basement with washer and dryer as well. Property is close to main transit lines for buses and trains. About 15 mins from the Marc train line. I do not live locally but I do have someone that can show the property once it's finished with the renovations. Renter is responsible for all utilities but historically these have been pretty low. Pets are allowed with an additional deposit and pet rent but this can be negotiated. No smoking inside the home. You can email me for a rental application.
