Plenty of off-street parking available behind the house. There's a $40 application fee per person and the security deposit is $350 and a $150 lease initiation fee per person. To apply, you will need to fill out an application, followed by a link to Transunion Smartmove to complete a credit/background check. Tenants pay their own utilities. We also require renter's insurance. Parking fee of $250 per person.
