Bay Property Management was started ten years ago by Patrick Freeze in Baltimore, Maryland. At first the company only managed single-family houses throughout the Baltimore area, however, shortly after our doors opened we realized there was a massive demand for multi-family management as well. Over the last 10 years Bay Property Management Group has grown to manage over 5500 units throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C.
