We have a 1 Bed/1 Bath mobile home located in Yucaipa, CA. The park is located right on Yucaipa Blvd, with close proximity to public transportation and shopping centers. Some of the features includes: Mini Split Air Conditioner, Laminate Flooring, In-unit Washer & Dryer, Gas Range, and Refrigerator.

Rental Criteria:

1) Credit: Applicants must have a satisfactory credit report. No credit reported by the credit bureau may be interpreted as good credit. Discharged bankruptcies over a year are accepted, less than a year from date of application will be denied.

2) Income: 3.0 times the rent amount to qualify (proof of income is required and needs to be verifiable).

3) Rental History: Applicant must have satisfactory rental history and no evictions or rental default. Applicant must be in good standing with previous landlord in order to rent. If an applicant has been evicted or has any defaults, the application will be denied.

An incomplete application, inaccurate, or falsified information will result in a denial. Evaluations are based on the information provided by running a credit report, which verifies rental history and employment. We use a scoring method by reviewing collections, bad debt, unsatisfactory judgments, evictions, rental defaults, or undischarged bankruptcies.
