Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electric, natural gas, water, and internet. Tenant is also responsible for lawn care and mowing, replacing AC air filter, unclogging of sinks and toilets unless blockage is a chronic, recurring problem that was not brought about by the activities of Tenants, and pest control (with the exception of termite prevention/treatments).

Tenant is responsible for replacing all interior and exterior light bulbs. The home includes some recessed/canned lighting which the tenant is responsible for purchasing replacements but will notify landlord for installation.

Up to two pets (cats or dogs) in total allowed (no size limit) with $35/month additional rent per pet.

Lease terms of 1 or 2 years are available, reach out if interested in a shorter term lease. Security deposit is refundable at end of lease. $20 late fee for each day rent is late. No rent increases.
