$900 - Basement of house- 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom House In Burnsville With Great Amenities

Looking for a roommate to rent out the lower level of my house. This would include 2 bedrooms, a private bathroom and private living room. Shared laundry and kitchen. Looking for someone who is fairly clean. I have a golden doodle and a cat who would be living with me in the upper part of the house but you'd likely run into them when you're cooking upstairs or hanging out outside, so you'd have to be down with that. I'm not looking to have any additional animals living here. I have a rec. room with a pool table, darts and bar area that would be shared as well. Ideal candidate would be responsible but also want to have fun. Living room currently has a couch and chair but if you have your own furniture I can get rid of mine.
