Landlord is requesting 1 year lease. Rent due on the 1st of each month is $3,000. Upon approval of application, security deposit of $3,000 is due within 48 hours and non refundable after 72 hours of receipt. Security deposit is required and fully refundable after lease terms are fulfilled and pending no damages to the home to bring back to the original condition.

Pets are welcome and owners are responsible to keep the pets clean and respectful to the home/yard. A $300 non refundable pet deposit and $25 pet fee per month per pet. Up to 2 dogs or cats allowed and must be listed on lease and vaccinated.

Tenant is required to pay electric, gas (if applicable), water, sewage and trash and must show proof of transfer of services prior to move in date. Renters insurance is required.

We expect tenant to care for the home and if it was their own. Move in inspection will be conducted at the time of move in. You won't find better space, yard, home or value in all of Lexington!
