All appliances included as well as utilities are paid by the landlord. Rent is $2,800 per month. Internet is provided. Tenants must stream from their own accounts. Pets are welcome as long as they are clean and respect the house and yard. A $250 non refundable pet deposit is required and $25 pet rent per dog/cat (up to 2). Security deposit of $1000 required 24 hours from the time of approval of application. This deposit is fully refundable pending there are no damages or work that needs to be done to bring the home back to the original condition. Incomplete applications will not be considered. All work and rental checks will be checked upon receipt of application.
