4) Rental references (or home ownership) of at least 3 years (out of the last 5 years) of verifiable, financially responsible, positive references from a non relative. No evictions in past 5 years.
5) Each occupant aged 18 and over must apply and meet the credit and reference qualifying standards. Income is per household.
