Washer and dryer hookups in the basement with plenty of storage space. One off street parking spot and one other car allowed to park in front of the house on the street. Tenant pays all utilities, does lawn care, and snow removal. Boiler heat. Built-in AC unit on the 2nd floor. No smoking on the property or in the unit. Does not accept vouchers.
One small dog under 30 lbs. or one cat negotiable. Animal Applications are available upon request. Each animal must have it's own application. They are not part of our online applications. Please contact the office to request one be sent to you. There is no charge for the Animal Application. Animals that are considered Service and Assistance (Emotional Support) Animals must also complete an Animal Application.
