Studio Apartment in Pacific Beach! - Small but nice (& remodeled) Studio in the Pacific Beach area (Crown Point adjacent). Building is well taken care of (a great owner!). Separate reasonably sized fully functional kitchen (stove/oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal) and full Bathroom with linen closet. Great area, walking distance to everything: grocery stores, eateries, pubs, the bay (10 minute walk), the ocean (15-20 minute walk), the 30 bus from La Jolla to Old Town Station. We have limited parking- 22 spots compared to 28 units- on a first come, first serve, 1 car per unit basis. We cover water/trash/sewage utility, renter is responsible for gas/electric. There is a small courtyard with seating and barbecue. Lease is a one year lease (no exceptions). Sorry, no laundry on site. This is a No Pets building, however service animals and emotional support animals are allowed with proper documentation and an adherence to noise and waste rules. (this unit has new floors, stove and toilet).
