Vacation Rental. Stay at this charming oceanfront cottage where you can fall asleep to the sounds to the surf every night and wake up each morning to the perfect setting for a great day! Enjoying the oceanfront experience is always breath-taking when you have the opportunity to see diving pelicans, local seabirds, dolphins, seals and if you are lucky, migrating whales! This cottage home is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.
Enjoy a bright, open and fully-stocked kitchen, which has all the essentials you will need to enjoy your stay plus you cannot beat the unobstructed ocean views while cooking.
The spacious deck is the perfect centerpiece for entertaining or sunbathing! The view of the Channel Islands is amazing on a clear day and the killer sunsets over the ocean will have you wanting to return again and again. A private stairway off the deck leads down to the beach for excellent tide pool exploring.
Faria’s gated community provides residents and guests with a private tennis court, playground, grassy play area, quiet streets, and 2 private beach access points. These access points are just a short walk with-in the community and you will be given the access codes during your stay.
The attached two car garage has a washer/dryer, spare refrigerator, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and all the sand toys you would need to enjoy a great day at the beach.
The home is about a 10-minute drive to Downtown Ventura where you will find a variety of shops and great restaurants on Main Street. Also, downtown is the Museum of Ventura County and the San Buenaventura Mission. You can also take a nice hike above Ventura’s City Hall to get a birds eye view of the city or for an even better view, drive up to the cross at Grant Park.
Santa Barbara, just a short 25-minute drive north is one of Southern California's most charming cities which has Mediterranean-like climate, palm tree lined streets and beautiful Spanish architecture.
