Im searching for an awesome person to share the partially furnished basement of my house with one other roommate. The basement has above-ground windows and nice natural light. You will have a spacious private bedroom, shared bathroom, cozy living room, dining area, small kitchen, and laundry all on the same floor. Bedrooms are not furnished. Rent is $725 + $125 utilities ($850 total per month). Utilities will be discounted for the month of July. A $725 refundable security deposit is required prior to move in.
Im looking for responsible, clean, and respectful roommates who are easy to get along with. Currently seeking another single FEMALE roommate age 20-40 who will share the basement with one other girl. No smoking or pets.
The house is in quiet neighborhood in a very central location. Minutes away from I-15 and 2-15. 15 minutes to down town SLC or the mountains. Conveniently located right across the street from SLCC Taylorsville. Public transportation is close by as well. There is a bus stop .2 miles from the house and a TRAX station 3 miles west.
There is a large wrap-around back and front yard, and an extra small study room with two desks. I have a lovely, sweet, 2 year old dog who lives upstairs with me.
