Three houses from Hermosa Beach Greenbelt of which 7th Street is a dead-end street. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Beach access is 5 blocks away. Trail access is 1 block away and perfect for jogging. Lawn bowling, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts are a few blocks away with free public access. South Park with a playground is within walking distance. Multiple grocery stores and gas stations are no more than a 5-minute drive away.
