This is a futon with privacy curtains in a large room with other roommates. Rent paid weekly of $110/week includes all utilities and internet. This is for a tenant seeking 3+ months residency. Total move-in fee is $410 ($300 is a refundable deposit, returned at move-out if no damage, $ owed or eviction filed AND 1st weeks rent of $110). One person only, must have job (paycheck stubs and a background check). NO hard drugs or heavy alcohol, 420 friendly and cigarettes outside. No heavy snorers. Not a party household.
Privacy curtains surround the futon, these provide a cabana-style room, while providing more privacy and personal space. There is a shared bathroom. There is a side door next to this space for convenient entry & exit. The futon is in a large 19 x 10 shared room with other roommates. The large room has large doors leading to the pool, patio and bbq.
Living room has 2 comfortable sofa and 50 TV. You will have access to the kitchen, living room and pool area anytime. Rooftop viewing area with incredible views of Red Rocks, Sunrise Mtn & 7-Hill Mtns(Henderson). The roof has a small sofa and a table with chairs for comfort.
The house is centrally located, Maryland Pkway is very close and has the Boulevard Mall with many restaurants and retail stores. Also close are many buslines and 203 Desert inn, 109 maryland pkwy and 110 eastern ave.
Also there is a 70lb dog here, so hopefully not allergic, no other pets allowed at this time..sorry
