Description
U of U, 9th and 9th - lovely 2.75 bedroom historic home (9th and 9th, University of Utah)
Bright, historic home close to University of Utah and 9th and 9th. Lots of windows. Fully fenced backyard with greenhouse, giant garage, and built in BBQ. Less than a block from Trax station that zips you to the next stop which is U of U or go the other way and you are downtown. Three blocks to 9th and 9th. Safe and quiet street. Not a shared house or duplex. This is a single family home with privacy.
This is also not a Home Depot remodeled home. It has no dishwasher or automatic garage door, it just a historic, well maintained house that I've owned and rented for over 20 years. Most tenants have stayed 5+ years! I don't need a long lease though and would be okay with a 6 month to 1 year. If you prefer new houses or apartments this will probably not be the home for you. If you like hardwood floors, and older well maintained homes with super high ceilings (like in the avenues) this might be something you'll like. Dog friendly (well-behaved), all people friendly, and family friendly.
It has a large kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 real bedrooms with closets, a large bathroom in between with ceilings that have to be 11-12 ish feet tall - great for privacy - and there is another bedroom/nursery/office/kids room in the back that has tons of windows and is warm and cozy just won't fit a king bed set. Tons of off street parking in the driveway and garage.
Washer and dryer in house
Basement storage (normal height ceiling)
Fenced yard
I normally get a lot lot of applications for this house when it is available so let me know a bit about you situation and what you are looking for. I sometimes can't respond to everyone and I usually look for someone that needs the house and is also a good fit for it. It is dog friendly but I'd need to meet the dog.
