Apartment is on the 2nd floor of an 1875 Victorian farmhouse on 5 acres with a separate entrance. Located between Elmira and Corning, less than 10 minutes from Market Street. We live in the main home. Can be furnished or unfurnished. We maintain the property and pay for electric, trash, and internet. There is a separate internet hookup for the apartment if you prefer to have your own. Tenant pays for gas. Washer and dryer are in the apartment. Respectful use of the property and land is welcome with permission.
We are very flexible and just want a friendly and reliable tenant. We have our own large dogs and many other pets, so we understand animal lovers! We approve pets on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cats.
