*Each future occupant, 18 or older, must submit separate applications and pay separate application fees. NO EXCEPTIONS. If more than one applicant, all applications must be received before any will be processed.

*Background checks include residential verification, credit check, and criminal history.

*Income requirement is 3 times the amount of rent. (Individual or Combined)

*Applications are available exclusively online via our website or an affiliate link from our website. Application fees are non-refundable. We will NEVER ask for or any type of payments via social media. Only one application is required even if interested in more than one rental.

*ALL OUR RENTALS ARE OFFERED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS FOR QUALIFIED AND APPROVED APPLICANTS.

*Insurance Requirement: Liability to Landlord Insurance in the amount of $100,000 is mandatory. We can offer this to you for a monthly rate of $12.50/household. THIS IS NOT RENTER'S INSURANCE. You can obtain renter's insurance with your personal insurance company, or we have an option for Roost Renters Insurance. Renters insurance will automatically include liability to landlord coverage and will meet our required limit. Please refer to your insurance agent for more information.
