The Building:
Linea is a 115-unit building with prime location: right at the corner of Market and Buchanan. We have a front desk attendant every day (Weekdays until 11pm and weekends until 7pm). Our neighbors are friendly, considerate, quiet, social, and overall awesome. There are a few families. Very pet-friendly. Rooftop deck is perfect for having friends over, hanging out, etc.
The neighborhood:
Duboce Triangle is at the heart of the City, with all the MUNI Metro
Lines accessible within a block (K/T, J, N, L, M, F). Duboce Park is a couple blocks away. Safeway and Whole Foods are both a block away. Last but not least, we are within a few blocks of the Mission, Hayes Valley, Lower Haight, and Castro. BART is about a 15 min walk to 16th St BART (or 20 min to Civic Center). Most tech shuttles stop outside our building or within a few blocks.
